My Journey
"From the classrooms of Jakarta to the startups of Paris and the logistics hubs of the Netherlands, my journey is defined by a single goal: making complex knowledge practical. Whether I’m lecturing on International Business, consulting on ESG for the mining industry, or mentoring a new startup, I believe in a student-centered, humanistic approach."
I don’t just teach theory; I build bridges. My background spans high-level academic research and boots-on-the-ground logistics strategy. This unique perspective allows me to help organizations and individuals navigate the complexities of international collaboration, particularly between Southeast Asia and Europe.
As a bridge between Indonesia and Europe, my work focuses on three integrated domains: academic excellence, entrepreneurial strategy, and sustainable development (ESG). My doctoral research at IPAG Business School laid the foundation for understanding natural resource governance and CSR integration, while my practical leadership with StepNesia, Pasqapro, PERHAPI, ORIGIN, and Universitas Esa Unggul has allowed me to turn those insights into tangible international partnerships and zero-hallucination software systems.
